Monday, December 1: This cubby used to have CD racks in it, but those have been packed up, making room for Grogu to make a visit.
Tuesday, December 2: I always enjoy seeing animal tracks in the snow, pondering what visitors came by. In this case, it’s pretty clear.
Wednesday, December 3: A long day of packing and shuttling boxes to storage led to dinner at Jack in the Box. The pictures there were weird, and I’m not mad at that.
Thursday, December 4: First day on skis for the season. Mr. Karen and I skipped opening day the day before but did get out to enjoy the one run that was open (thanks to snowmaking).
Friday, December 5: Dogs in jail at my friends’ party I went to down in the city.
Saturday, December 6: Unpacked the kitchen stuff that had been in boxes since we moved to Idaho in order to see what we wanted to leave with the condo (most places here sell furnished, including housewares). Found this mug broken; not clear if I packed it broken thinking I’d fix it later or if it broke in the box.
Sunday, December 7: Time to shovel the decks, which is normally good news during ski season, but in this case not, as the reason to shovel is so the snow doesn’t get waterlogged with the rain that’s coming.
