My mini-goals for the last week:
1. Stick to the 400 x 4 plan as much as possible.
I did pretty well with this, and lost another pound, for a total of five in three weeks.
2. Get into the gym twice for weights and outside twice for some aerobic exercise.
Got to the gym twice, but only did one aerobic session.
3. Weed out one month worth of magazine back issues.
Done.
4. Do a page a day at DP and a photo a day at Find A Grave.
I did only two pages for DP, but one of them was very tedious and required a lot of special markup. I added five photos to FaG, which is five more than I added in the last several months.
For the coming week:
1. Stick to the 400 x 4 plan as much as possible.
2. Get into the gym twice for weights and outside twice for some aerobic exercise.
3. Get rid of one box of stuff. (Baby steps, remember?)
4. Do a page a day at DP and a photo a day at Find A Grave.
