Road Tripping

Because family comes first, Mr. K and I left all the fresh snow on our mountain this morning to drive to western Washington. Our travel companions for this trip are Scarf Monkey and Theo the guinea pig, the latest addition to my stuffie collection.
Tomorrow morning the truck with the rest of Joan’s stuff is supposed to arrive, so we’ll get that sorted out, putting some of the stuff in storage, some of it in her apartment, and some of it in my sister-in-law Kathy’s house. Then I believe I will need some frozen yogurt. Or a margarita. Maybe a margarita float?
