Monday, March 23: Ventured out to the Habitat ReStore to look for shelves for the new house, there are relatively few closets given the size of the house and a several of them lack sufficient shelving. Got lucky and and found two units that would work, one for the undersized linen closet and one for the hallway off the kitchen, for $70 total (plus tax).
Tuesday, March 24: Big day: the moving pod got picked up. Glad to have that piece of the move complete.
Wednesday, March 25: Another pretty sunset seen from the deck evening.
Thursday, March 26: Drove across the state to spend the weekend getting another carload of stuff and hanging out with friends. Stopped at the seasonal view point by the Columbia River on my way.
Friday, March 27: Spent the morning in the storage unit getting my carload of boxes organized, which involved moving way more boxes around than I’d need to fill the car in order to find some of the ones on my list for this trip. Then in the afternoon I went up to the mountain to ski one last time this season.
Saturday, March 28: Somehow I took no photos this day. I did see friends in the city, having sushi for dinner and frozen yogurt for dessert. Why no photos? Guess I was too busy enjoying socializing with people I felt comfortable with. I didn’t even finish any pictures in Happy Color, though I did start the one for Earth Hour, so that’ll have to be my picture of the day.
Sunday, March 29: Took a walk down to the lake near my friends’ house. Their dog very much wanted to swim despite the chill.
