1. Stick to the 400 x 4 plan as much as possible.
Considering there was a three-day holiday weekend in here, a holiday that calls for fried chicken and potato salad and other picnic food, I did okay, ending up the week where I’d started weight-wise.
2. Weight work twice; aerobics twice.
Weights, yes. Aerobics, sort of; Mr. Karen and I walked to the park where the fireworks were being shot off at and then walked back, covering about as much distance as I would have if I’d done the two sessions I was planning. I did do a bit of running on the track at the gym, too.
3. Eliminate the piles of mail now lounging on the kitchen counter.
Yes, and not just by moving them upstairs.
4. Do a page a day at DP and a photo or memorial a day at Find A Grave.
Nope.
Goals for the week that started today:
1. Stick to the 400 x 4 plan as much as possible.

3. Two small de-cluttering/organizing projects to be named later.
4. Do a page a day at DP and a photo a day at Find A Grave.
