My March has not gotten off to a good start, between work issues and friends of mine having rough times, but Saturday there was a bright spot. Saturday we bought a new truck. New to us, that is. It’s two model years later than the one that was totaled and has a fair bit less mileage on it, so the insurance money didn’t cover the whole purchase price; still, it was a darn sight cheaper than a new one similarly equipped would have been. It’s not our first choice of color outside or in, but it has most of the features Mr. Karen wanted and appears to have been taken care of very well. Mr. still has a lot of stuff to do to get it the way he wants it, but at least now he can get started.
