Last week’s progress:
a. 4 x 400 plan at least 5 days.
Done. As of Friday, I’d lost another two pounds, but all of that showed back up over the weekend. I know I didn’t eat an extra 7000 calories in those two days, so I’m hoping that this morning’s scale reading was just a blip due to one of my two meals yesterday being a late large dinner.
b. Increase aerobic exercise 10%.
Not done. I got more “formal” exercise but my pedometer tells me that didn’t increase my total steps for the week. On the plus side, going to the gym and doing my resistance training is pretty much automatic now. I don’t exactly leap out of bed filled with joy on those mornings but I don’t hate it.
c. Decide which recently discovered photos need to be in albums and get those that do onto pages.
Done. I also got some pages done in the next album after I fit the new photos into the previous ones.
d. One hour basement sorting out time.
Done. It’s going to take many, many more hours down there to get it where I’d like it, but I’m at least making some tiny amount of progress now instead of ignoring the problem.
e. Five photos to Find a Grave.

f. Five pages and five post processing steps for DP.
This week’s plan:
a. 4 x 400 plan on the two weekdays there is no business lunch. On the three days there is, just don’t go crazy.
b. Increase total steps by 10%.
c. Six photo album pages.
d. One hour basement sorting time.
e. Seven photos to Find a Grave.
f. Seven pages and five post processing steps for DP.
